Disclosed are a plastic floor for a ship and a processing method, said plastic floor comprising the composition of a UV layer, a PETG flame-retardant wear-resistant layer, a PETG color film layer, a PVC middle material layer, and a PVC bottom material layer from top to bottom. According to the technical solutions provided by the present invention, optimization of formulations of the material for the middle layer and the material for the bottom layer is paired with replacement of the wear-resistant layer and the color film in a PVC floor, such that the PVC floor has sufficient flame retardance and, in the event of a fire, has a low smoke property and low toxicity, the PVC floor can meet the requirements of MED certification to be used on a ship, making up for the lack of a PVC floor among ship floors on the current market.
