The present invention relates to a polypropylene composition comprising a polymer of propylene, a halogen-free flame retardant containing nitrogen and phosphorus, a pigment and additives, wherein the additives comprise at least one hindered amine light stabilizer comprising NOR moieties (NOR-HALS) and at least one acid scavenger. The present invention is, furthermore, directed to an article comprising the polypropylene composition, and to the improvement of the UV stability of a polypropylene composition comprising a halogen-free flame retardant containing nitrogen and phosphorus.
